Any securities offering referenced by a client of the firm is made only through that issuer's own offering documents, to eligible investors, under the exemptions available to it.
Descriptions of client engagements are provided for background. They are not a recommendation, an endorsement, or a representation about the results of any investment. Past work does not predict future outcomes.
What we collect
The contact form on this site opens a message in your own email application. It does not transmit anything to a server we control, and we receive nothing unless you choose to press send in your email client. If you do email us, we receive whatever you put in that message: typically your name, your firm, your email address, and whatever you tell us.
This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, embeds no tracking pixels, and loads no third-party scripts. Web fonts are requested from Google Fonts, which means Google's servers receive your IP address and browser details as part of serving those files. That is the only third party involved in loading this page.
Our web host records standard server logs, including IP addresses and requested URLs, for security and reliability. We do not use those logs to build a profile of you.
What we do with it
We use what you send us to reply to you and to carry on whatever conversation follows. We do not sell it. We do not rent it. We do not share it with anyone outside the firm except where a client engagement makes it necessary and you would reasonably expect it, or where the law requires it.
We keep correspondence for as long as it is useful to the relationship and for as long as our record-keeping obligations require.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to the address below and we will act on the request unless we are required to keep the record. If you would rather we did not contact you again, say so and we will stop.
Terms of use
This site is provided as it is. We try to keep it accurate and current, but we make no warranty that it is either, and we are not liable for decisions taken on the basis of it. Content and design on this site belong to 512 Capital Partners unless marked otherwise.
Third-party coverage referenced on this site is linked rather than reproduced, and remains the property of the publishers. Links to outside websites are provided for convenience. We do not control them and are not responsible for what they contain.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
